this game is still the highlight of my child hood. from day one of dayz origins being released I was hooked. even after all servers lost pop I was still grinding it out. till this day it'll all ways be my favoured game of all time.

@@Breko18 i still remember loot cycling for hours to get enough loot to get a house down and Heli parts. so i could get a chopper to sit under the blades and kill zeds so i could get to level 3 hero

yo is there servers with good pop? and im only interested in servers with no btrs and tanks etc
similar to how CCG overpoch used to be if you remeber it.....
I only play origins mod bro which has no tanks n military vehicles other than mg cars and transport helis, epoch now is really militarised tbh
Origins Endgame gets good pop, peaks around 30-35 currently, 25ish average. There is Genesis Epoch, but imo it's an awful server. Way too modded. Come play Origins, it's fun.

Do you join through DZ Launcher? When I try and open the launcher I get an error 'The launcher was unable to download the server list and there is no local copy saved. Please try re-opening the launcher in a few minutes'. I've tried verifying Arma 2 and the dlc, uninstalling and reinstalling the launcher but i'm having no luck. Any suggestions?
Dayz mod from arma uses Dayz Commander, dzsa launcher is for the standalone version only
@@Felixfors It used to be DayZCommander, it's DZLauncher now.
Use dz launcher (blue logo) to download your mods but to speed things up running arma 2 oa thru steam and joining thru enable the mods as expansions works alot better for me
@@Breko18 thanks I'll try that later. Didn't realise you could join through the OA multiplayer server list
@@shauncowell6215 any mods u download through dz launcher will go into your documents mods folder, drag the indivual mods into the arma 2 oa folder and then they will show in the expansions at main menu :)
