Is the shelter full?
The governor was telling people today there are shelters probably 10 minutes from your house and they still had lots of space. So if people didn’t want to drive 3-4 hours away they could go 10 minutes to safety. I think they take dogs too. Heck you could probably drive to one right now still.
We left Sarasota to get away from it but now its looking like Orlando might feel it.. Nowhere in Florida off limits.. Stay safe & dry people 💛

Why don't they make them move their boats? This is crazy! Our insurance company made us have a hurricane plan, which included MOVING OUR DAMN BOAT. No wonder insurance companies hate Florida boaters.
