Waterfront is nice with a large waterfront park. The parking lot at the waterfront, however, is only for local residents. The parking lot for visitors is located quite a far away from the water front. As visitors, we did not know this and parked our car in the parking lot of the waterfront. Only a few minute, we received a fine of $80. Someone must have been hiding somewhere waiting for fining visitors. It is a place not friendly for visitors.
