How did you get that heal wave skill my character is lv above 100 but i don't have heal wave

How to unlock heal wave skill?
At which level? Or where i can find it? I am at character level50 and game level is 52-54 something.
Please help me, I can't see it anywhere 😅

I had the same problem and just noticed they changed the name to "Dachne"
