A video like that would be hard to do as there are many different factors. The closest video to something like is my noob to pro video. To answer your example, I'd choose the epic if I liked the stats because you can always upgrade items using the mob at Hilltown.
Umm Its not actually nerf, but they change the way stats works, previously using stats like str/dex/int . And now stats like crit rate/crit severe/dmg etc. So u should change to whole new gear

I use Android and Google Play gave me $1.00 toward the purchase. The remote storage was really cheap and worth it. I would run out of space before finishing a level. Now I can melt in the middle of finishing and still have space.

How do I get unique items?
You can either:
Open unique chests
Farm areas that drop unique items
Get it from the travelling merchant who appears in areas above level 100
Well to be honest i don't have that many unique items. And night mare item and doomsday set are so low rate.
