When I lived in NY there was on Mexican restaurant called Manana it was on first avenue between 62 and 63 st. in Manhattan. Payday after work me and some coworkers were there. The food was always fresh and so good, now living in AZ I thought I would find places like Manana so far 17 years later I only found one Taco Mitch.
Al pastor is delicious too. You have to try menudo it a tripe soup their hangover cure but it is so good. Not sure if he serves it on his truck but if you come across another authentic Mexican place you must try that.
My favorite is between them and this other stand not really a truck, during the week they are on university Blvd adjacent to the wawa they close up around 4 however they are at Clark park every Saturday they sell out around 1, amazing!!
