My experience exactly. Loved it the first time. The sense of adventure and discovery was great. And made me forgive the weaker aspects of the game. Then tried it again 5 years later and... It's over. The magic is gone. Still loved my 1st playthrough. But that's a game, to ME, that is a one time thing only.
For me I can't really get into it even tho I tried. I love story heavy games and I already get enough explorations, puzzles, etc... in those games. There isn't anything wrong with BOTW if ppl like it then that's okay, I just can't see how it's a top game when there's a lot more stuff out there
Mostly is, barring some exceptions. I know as ive gotten older with work and kids, i dont have the time or desire to play the same game over and over. Its all about new experiences.
I never play games again because I spend SO MUCH time with each game I play. For example, I spent 400 hours in TOTK so I have zero compunction to ever play again. Loved Witcher 3 but after absorbing the story and basically doing everything there’s just no reason (for me) to do it again
Gonna admit I have NEVER played any game twice...ever. I've also never hooked up with an ex girlfriend, read ANY book twice (except text books for school), etc. Keep moving forward...
If you are not interested in Japanse culture, then you will probably not gonna like t he game because you cannot grasp its purpose. I'm like that with RDR2. I just don't appreciate old western thematics as its not my thing. So at the end of the day, its a matter of personal preferences. Both games are stil amazing.
I played BG 1 and 2 WTF feeling.....i never got that feeling in BG3. IDK what it is?! BG2 is just here and crushes u in misunderstood hopelesness like MF. And i love it
Wichter 3 , RDR 2 , Ghost of Tsushima, Assassin's creed Black flag
I can go to these worlds again and again and again 😌
Zelda breath of wild is one my favorite Nintendo Switch game ❤️👏🤩
Tried a 2nd playthrough of BOTW. Got bored pretty quickly. Once the exploration is done there's nothing much left to go back to.

Ppl only play games multiple times over if theyre college age or younger, or dont have kids.
Yeah, no. That's just not true.

Well..... Is this some kind of flex or trying to sound wise or stuff? Does this comment have any relevant to the video?
Never played a game twice??? 😂 Ever??? You sure about that?
"except text books for school"
Sounds like someone is moving backwards
That's sad. Ita how you can get different perspectives. Especially as your grow and develop. Something you thought before could entirely be changed.
You’ve also never hung out with the same friend twice, never held a job for more than a year, and never lived somewhere consistently
I love when some games....its like why are u way u are and bad guy throwS back, JUST BECOUSE I CAN. Then u know u fighting real....REAL MONSTER
In Witcher 3 u need to play to 3 sisters. I can almost quaranteee U know , U KNOW

I tried replaying ghost of tsushima a few months ago, holy fuck I have never been so bored in my gaming life
its basically a ubi game with a coat of paint tbh. Exploring is pretty boring
Yeah -- a lot of the follow quests and random flavor events that were cool the first time for me were not very replayable at all.
