- This was shot on last Monday when we had few Bachelor friends and cousins for Iftar gathering in our home. Few recipes were already shown earlier and few are new ones. Do try your favorite and let me know your feedback.

Moong Dal - 2 cups
Asafoetida - 1 tsp
Green chillies - 5 - 7
Salt
Water - 1cup to grind ( make a dosa batter consistency)
Oil - for deep frying
Dahi :
Curd - 3 cups
Laban - 1/2 cup ( optional if you already have sour curd )
Oil - 4 - 5 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
Urad dal - 2 tbsp
Curry leaves - a handful chopped
Green chillies - 8 - 9 chopped
Garnish :
Roasted cumin powder
Kashmiri red chilly powder
Coriander leaves - chopped

Cooking chicken-
Chicken - 1/2 kg
Thermic powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Water - 1 cup
Oil - 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Onion - 2 medium size chopped
Chicken franks - 5
Salt
Red chilly flakes - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Paprika - 1/2 tsp
Dry basil - 1/2 tsp
Dry Parsley - 1 tsp
Dry mint - 1/2 tsp
Dry oregano - 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves - a handful chopped
Spreadable cheese / feta cheese - 2 tbsp
Bread slices - 18
Bread crumbs - 2 cups
Egg - 2 - 3
Milk - 1 cup or more
Oil - for deep frying

Macaroni - 2 cups + 2 tbsp
Chicken stock - 2.5 cup ( you may use water instead)
Tuna masala -
Oil - 2 -3 tbsp
Curry leaves - few
Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Onion - 1 large chopped
Green chilly paste - 1 tsp
Tomato paste - 1 tbsp
Tuna chunks - 1 cup
Soy sauce - 1 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves - a handful chopped
Salt
Eggs - 6
Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup

Sabudhan - 2 cups
Water - 6 cups
Ripe plantain - 4 medium chopped
Sugar - 1 - 2 cups or more if needed
Water - 3 cups
Salt - 1/2 tsp
