@@afsalc9674 can't be because the clock speed is higher in 8 gen 3 and even with 10 core exynos scoring 16lakh where 8 gen 3 is near 2 million and gpu of exynos xclipse 920 is really better than adreno 740 but due to heating the gpu performance also degrades with time. Only exynos outperforms when you play ray tracing then exynos beats snapdragon. But for longer run snapdragon 8 gen 3 is better. I am thinking to buy s23 this year. And using s20 fe 5g i know how snapdragon is far better in long run !!! Those gimmicky ai features also there in s23 although after 2 years all have to pay ..... so no sense to buy s24 and i think this is also the strategy to sell s24 ultra .... just like how apple sells their pro model

I would say S23 because of the price difference and similar performance. S24 doesn't offer you any special feature as such and Samsung already confirmed that it's AI features will be available on S23 lineup in the first quarter. If you want to save money and have a S24 buy S23, there is literally no marginal difference expect for 12 years if upgrade with S24 but it's a marketing gimmick as almost no one uses the same phone for 12 years.
I suggest s23 because in recent update thier is some Ai features in s23 also donot waste your money for s24 both are almost similar features maybe in future you can try s25 or s26 then it's up to you brother

I have done throttling test, s24 throttled to 75 percent and s23 to 79 percent..but temperature rise was more on s23
