To tilt, main pole has to be held steady, while turning top of umbrella. Two person job.
We can't get ours to tilt
Mine won't twist to tilt....any ideas? Really stuck.
Firmly fix the pole in the umbrella base and then rotate the canopy clockwise or counter clockwise to tilt. If the pole is not firmly secured it will rotate with the canopy as it is rotated and it will not tilt.
