Voldemorts soul was so unstable from making so many horcrux's. When Voldemort struck Harry with the killing curse, the curse rebounded, and destroyed Voldemorts body, and also accidentally split a part of Voldemorts soul. Technically, Harry isn't a horcrux in the traditional sense. There was no ritual performed to make that happen, and it was completely unintentional. If anything, it shows the price of splitting the soul so many times. It causes the soul to be unstable, and as a price, you become less human. Dumbledore even says in the books, Voldemorts soul is so mutilated, and unstable, that he probably doesn't feel emotions in the same way that we do.

This is long, but you're wrong, he is a Horcrux in the traditional sense, just like Nigini... Voldemort meant to use Harry's murder as the means to create his final Horcrux, it was his way of giving the biggest 'fck you' and to prove his power by using the supposed prophesied 'Chosen One' to create his final Horcrux, but the opposite happened by turning Harry into the Horcrux. Since he didn't know Harry was turned into one when his body was destroyed, he killed that teacher in Malfoy Manor to create Nigini as what he believed to be his final 6th Horcrux...People think he wanted to make 7 seperate Horcruxes, he didn't, he wanted his soul split into 7 pieces. 6 horcruxes + the remaining piece inside his own body makes 7 pieces... What's kinda crazy, if his soul is split in half each time he creates a new Horcrux, that means the book contained the most at 50% of his soul and by the time he created Nigini, he had less than a percent of his own soul remaining inside his own body...Hell, Harry contained more of Voldemorts soul than actual Voldemort 😆
Oh, and when she was talking about how Voldemort was toying with him and could have killed Harry whenever he felt like after the piece of Voldemort inside Harry was destroyed, he actually couldn't...it's not mentioned in the movies, but the Elder Wand does a couple things. 1. It forces it's user to use his own power in a duel to the death because the wand chooses the strongest wizard, whether that's by disarming or killing. That's why no one person had it for long until Dumbledore and it's always with a new and more powerful wizard, that's the only way it can know for sure who's strongest by acting like a regular wand and forcing the user to use his or hers own strength... 2. If someone steals the wand from its owner rather than winning it from them fairly, the Elder Wand will refuse to kill it's true owner.... So while it was a combination of things that allowed Harry to live in the forest, that was one of the contributing factors. So while the wand wouldn't kill its owner... it had no issues killing Voldemorts piece of soul. A lot of people always talk about the stone, but his survival had nothing to do with the reserection stone. The stone just allowed him to see his family/loved ones in his final moments in order to gain the comfort needed to walk willingly into what Harry perceived as certain death...Which he unknowingly to do, without Harry willingly giving himself over to Voldemort and believing he wasn't going to actually die, it wouldn't have worked and Harry would of died. Well he would of died had the wand not of been in his control, but Dumbledore didn't see that coming when forming his long-term plan... but what Harry did was just like how his mother willingly sacrificed herself, and it wouldn't of worked to save him had she of not jumped willingly in the way while knowing she was going die...So that's the main thing that saved Harry in the forest that Dumbledore planned on...and yes, it's true Harry no longer had the protection from his mother since his last birthday, but Harry's blood during the time his mother's protection charm was still active, Voldemort used to create his new body with, and that same blood was still inside Voldemort when he tried killing Harry in the forest...So Voldemort unknowingly sealed his own fate with the decision to use Harrys blood to gain a new body. Before Voldemort used Harrys blood to return, i believe Dumbledore really did think Harry was going to die...cause when he found out what Voldemort did, you could see his face light up, he knew right then that Harry could potentially be saved in the end. So while that was the main reason he survived, the wand was extra assurance which Dumbledore couldn't have predicted before his death while putting his long term plan into motion...but with how easy he allowed himself to be disarmed by Draco, I think he came up with that extra detail on the spot. He knew at some point Voldemort wouldn't resist finding the wand since his own couldn't defeat Harry due to the twin cores...Originally i think he planned on Snape actually becoming the owner since he wanted Snape to be the one to kill him (if so, he would of known he doomed Snape without him knowing), and that was to keep the wand out of Voldemorts control for as long as possible...but since he allowed Draco to disarm him prior to Snape killing him, that pretty much insured that no matter what happens, Voldemort will not gain mastery over the wand...If he did it would of been on accident, cause he would of never figured out Draco had control.... I doubt even less that Dumbledore expected for Harry to become master of the wand by disarming Draco at some point down the road, meaning even without the protection charm that Dumbledore was counting on, or the protection of the twin cores, Voldemort wouldn't of been able to kill Harry since Harry was the master...All of that was just luck that worked out extremely well in Harry and Dumbledores favor.
Something else that's interesting, the fact Voldemort didn't kill Snape immediately after finding the wand, really goes to show just how much Voldemort valued Snape as a Death Eater. I think he ranks higher than Bellatrix or anyone else, he really respects Snapes loyalty and his power, which is vastly underrated...but he had to of known/believed Snape was the master of the wand from the moment he found out Dumbledore was its previous owner...and he was almost right, yet, he still waited until he felt like he had no other choice...Another commonly missed detail, the fact the Wand refuses to kill it's true owner is the reason why Voldemort didn't try killing Snape with the killing curse, he knew the wand won't kill its true owner, it would only harm...that's why he cut him, then had Nigini finish him off... again, luckily for Harry, cause had Voldemort not known that detail and he hit Snape with the killing curse, Harry wouldn't of ever gotten the Snapes tears and wouldn't have known what needed to be done, so there's a high likelihood that Voldemort wouldn't of been destroyed...Voldemort made a lot of bad decisions, most of which seemed insignificant in the moment, but they led him to his eventual downfall without realizing it.. Kinda like his original death, had he of left Harry alone or never heard the prophecy, or if Wormtail didn't sell out the Potters to Voldemort and managed to remain in hiding, Voldemort wouldn't of ever died and Harry wouldn't of had the protection or ability to kill him... So in a weird way, Wormtail unknowingly set of a chain reaction of events that led to Voldemorts defeat over a decade later...and the fact Voldemort made the decision to go after Harry, and Harrys mother sacrificing herself were the two main catalysts that sealed his own prophecy and eventual death... So Wormtails betrayal and Harry's parents death which seem like terrible things, they had to happen to defeat Voldemort.
If the Potters remained in hiding, Dumbledore probably would of taken it upon himself to destroy him at some point... but without the diary, there's not much of a way to figure out (well, he had an idea since the day Voldemorts body was destroyed, but he wasn't for sure) that he split his soul to create a Horcrux, let alone multiple times...So the odds wouldn't of been good, and I believe Voldemort would have accomplished his goal if the he didn't go after the Potters.
People give Dumbledore crap about lying to Harry and keeping things from him, but the two reasons why Dumbledore never told Harry much of anything, and only told him what he needed in that particular moment in time, is because if he had told Harry his entire plan, there was a very good chance Voldemort would of potentially seen it all by tapping into Harry's subconscious... Dumbledore wanted to tell Harry more than he did, but he couldn't risk it, that's why he told Snape to tell Harry at the end when Voldemort was at his most vulnerable...So Dumbledore really had no choice in the matter. Even if he knew Voldemort wouldn't find out by tapping into Harry's mind, he still wouldn't have been able to tell Harry about dying at the hands of Voldemort, because he needed Harry to not only willingly give himself up and allow Voldemort to 'kill him', but he needed Harry to believe he was truly going to die in that moment, and that's why he placed the Stone in the snitch for Harry, his loved ones provided him that comfort and strength to die so everyone else had the chance to live...
Now my question, if Lilly sacrificing herself is what saved and protected Harry from Voldemort...Did Harry sacrificing himself for all of his friends and allies offer up any protection to them during the final battle? Cause we see Neville get hit with a flash of green light from Voldemort, yet he didn't die...and the fact Voldemort kills people for talking out of turn and he was so mad seeing Harry survive, there's no possible way in my mind that Voldemort would of casted anything but the killing curse on Neville in that moment

Dumbledore, Grindelwald and Aberforth were fighting and throwing spells at each other. Ariana ran into the middle of it and was killed. None of them knew whose spell actually killed Ariana. That's what Dumbledore was reliving and being tortured with when he drank the potion out of the basin in the cave.

Oh, man.... seeing Fred laying on the floor in the Great Hall dead is heartbreaking, especially seeing Ron break down in tears. (Hearing that Harry had to sacrifice himself to give them a chance of defeating Voldemort and the Death Eaters didn't help that grief.)
Five points I've made in the past regarding Harry Potter:
    1. The prophecy Professor Dumbledore mentioned in Professor Snape's memory that mentioned a baby born at the end of July was partially true. There were actually two: Harry Potter and Neville Longbottom. They were born in the same month and year, but Neville is only 1 day older than Harry. (Neville: 30 July 1980, Harry: 31 July 1980.) Voldemort had simply chosen to target a then 15 month old Harry, thus marking him as his equal. Neville lived a life free of that fear with his grandmother, despite the constant painful reminder of his parents being permanently admitted to St Mungo's Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries after being tortured into insanity by Bellatrix Lestrange.
    2. After the Battle For Hogwarts, George Weasley was never able to cast the Patronus Charm again, since it relies on your happiest memory to work, and literally ALL of his happy memories involved his deceased twin brother Fred. Most likely for a while, until he married Angelina Johnson and named his son after his twin. (According to The Wizarding World website)
    3. Voldemort's death after his battle with Harry wasn't supposed to look like he got snapped out by Thanos and it wasn't just them isolated in the courtyard.
In the book, Harry and Voldemort battle for the last time in front of everyone else and resulted in Voldemort dying as a mortal man once Neville sliced off Nagini's head, also effectively saving Ron & Hermione in the process.
    4. Harry didn't snap the Elder Wand in the book version. He mends his original wand (the one he got in Philosopher's Stone from Ollivander's) with it then returns it to Professor Dumbledore's grave.
    5. I give HUGE props to Narcissa for straightup lying to Voldemort after Harry confirmed to her that Draco was alive. It shows that neither her or her son wanted the Death Eater life.
    6. That one goblin who stared in shock as the Ukrainian Ironbelly busted through the floor of Gringotts seriously looked a bit like Donald Trump. 😆🤣

The voice changes with pollyjuice potion. They use the actors voices to remind you its them. But think about professor Moody in goblet of fire, its really Barty Crouch Jr the entire time, but since we didnt know, you hear it in Moodys voice
