I tried the TV mystery hustle today! purchased a tv for $40 dollars that had a terrible listing pic and was filthy and no remote. tested it with a remote i had at home to make sure it worked, cleaned it, and sold it for $85 dollars 4 hours later! definitely will be continuing it with better TVs.

Only suggestion is to balance the audio levels in post and make sure its in both headphones. Video quality is good and will only get better and didnt bother me in the slightest.

One thing I’ve learned is the main hustles/ businesses to invest your time into are service based business. My family went from poor to middle class (live in Long Island NY) most of them that came up started they own business offering a service. Especially trade work but that self employed route easy 6 figures if you put in the work to your craft.

Otherwise you can list your services on Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, Nextdoor, Angie, or any other service ap that exists in your area. Posting flyers at dog parks and joining pet groups is a good idea too.
Most new boarders start at about $45 per dog per day, and raise their prices when they get some good rep.
It's great because it is almost 0 cost up front, low effort, and very consistent.

Can’t help but feel a lot of these side hustles aren’t worth it unless it’s your full time job. I imagine all the gas and wear and tear on your vehicle you are doing to make a profit of $40 or less. Definitely have to do a lot of products to make it make sense, and hopefully pick up several products on one trip.
But your realistic approach to these side hustles and taking the mystery of it away is why I’ve already subscribed to your channel cause I’m curious like everyone else and enjoyed your video.

if you're in a big town or city. deliveroo and just eat can be decent as long as you're safe about it.
Honestly there aren't that many side hustles you can do without a car.
In terms of skills, learn how to be computer literate. It's so incredibly useful and can lead to easier employment. You'd be surprised how many people don't know how to type efficiently or do basic things like transferring files. I work as a waiter and I'm known as the computer guy. There's a few people i work with that can't operate a till and need me to do it for them, something that is super easy to understand for me but completely alien to them.
Honestly, learn basic life skills before anything. Learn how to cook, clean, sew a patch, boil an egg, use a saw, measure etc.
Just keep learning things in your spare time while you have it, once you start working it gets harder to be motivated to learn once you come back from work. I had great plans to learn some basic computer programming but never got around to starting it because I just got lazy after work.
