The double L class with a rake of empties brings back memories of staying with my grandmother as kid in Drouin. Go to the end of the street and watch them coming up the hill from Longwarry.
brilliant club layout, shame there's no over head, would have set the L's and the tait off perfectly but I can imagine how hard it would be to put it up. All in all, great footage, again.

Loved twin 'L' class with long string of GY's and Z van on the back!
L 1158 locomotive was named as DC wcm1,wcm5 in india
Yes, a very similar locomotive made by English Electric after they made the L class for the Victorian Railways.
Nice collection of stuff there Sharky.
Thanks, that briquette train sure looks nice :)
It's one of the best layouts I've ever seen. Providing I can get some riveted spirit cars I wish I could run them on this layout with X31 and B74
That Tait lol, what company
Train Builder.
But was heavily modified and reworked to make it run.
Nice one..
I wish I had one like it. 😜
