- My Ford Mondeo V6 Mk3 (2001) 3" outwardly rolled exhaust I fitted. This is with the 2 rear silencers removed. Did it for a laugh really but think it sounds pretty nice! Sorry no pops or crackles but that's what you get with 3 cats and a middle silencer! Enjoy.

Sounds really good! :) how does it sound inside the cabine at speed? Is it annoying or barely noticable? I’m thinking of doing the same but dont want to ruin the ride quality at motorway :D.

bro is a good sound i like, what do you do in your exhaust system?, only remove the 2 rear silencier, or too remuve the 3 catalyst? i have a ford mondeo too and i want this sound in my car. thankyou

Its heartbreaking this video! I wanted a 2.5 or even a 3.0 V6 in the Mondeo but went for the 2.2 tdci instead! Nice nippy car but it doesn't beat the sound of a V6!

nice sound...is that one of those universal backbox's off ebay... if so i fitted two to my st200 and they do sound good

if you check out my video you will see what it would sound like with the middle box removed and a straight pipe welded in and the same backbox just to see if you like the sound

Hey, my advice to you is go true dual and then side exit both exhausts, i removed the main catalytic converter as the pre cats on the down pipes do same job, and it still passes emissions on mot. Trust me side exit underneath your front seats sounds amazing! 2" diameter on both sides would be good.
