  • Quinn is a soldier who spent four years in the U.S. military and completed two tours in Iraq; yet he says his deepest physical and emotional scars are not from fighting at war - they’re from his abusive wife, Sara. He says his wife has smashed a glass door over his head, punched, slapped and kicked him in the face. But why won’t he leave her? Plus, Sara
    and Quinn’s mothers, Tracy and Rene, say they’re worried the couple’s 2-year-old daughter has also fallen victim to the alleged abuse. Dr. Phil confronts Sara about the alleged abuse. Can he help mend this fractured family? (2210054)

    She can cry and "struggle" with why or why not she does bad things - without the privilege of being a parent. Someone like this should 'not' be in charge of a child.

      I believe you. Most husbands would have not just pulled his violent wife or anyone off of his mother but seriously knocked her out. Plus, divorced her and taken sole custody of his kids. And placed a legal court ordered restraining order from him and his parents.

      How do you blame Dr. Phil. That's her husband's responsibility. He should divorce her and he'd definitely be granted sole custody. She could see their children under strict supervision. She's too unstable and a high risk of hurting her children, possibility even one of those parent's who kill their children.

    I don’t know how bad she actually feels about losing her temper and hitting her family because she refuses to take any accountability for anything. She knows better plain and simple but she won’t control her behavior or get help. She physically abuses her kids and husband then immediately points her finger at her parents.

    • @rickgarza1823
      @rickgarza1823 27 днів тому

      Her interview on with Dr. Phil's shows she doesn't really feel remorse for how she is. She's definitely a dangerous menace to her family, especially to their children.
      For the safety of the children her husband needs to divorce her and seek sole custody of the children. She can have visitation but under strict supervision. Plus, he and his parents need to get legal restraining court orders because she's the type of narcissistic sociopath who will try to violently seek retaliation.

    Maybe it’s the 1970s and me talking, but I don’t think getting hit 20 times in your life by your parents is anything that terrible to cause someone to turn into an abuser ….we got hit almost every single day and I didn’t use it as an excuse to be abusive to others….… getting hit sucked, but I have to admit we were no angels…. I doubt she was either.

    The husband and mother in law need to charges against her the husband needs to divorce her and terminate her rights and never let her anywhere near the children. This may sound cold but I don’t care what abuse she suffered as a child it doesn’t give her the right to abuse her kids and her husband. If Sarah was a man would anyone care or let her use her childhood abuse as an excuse for her behavior no and the fact that she a woman doesn’t mean she shouldn’t be held to that same principle .
