Favorite thing about summer...not having to worry about how much snow we're getting *this* time! Flowers, birds, the smell of fresh cut grass.
Hahahaha, yeah, snow can be a bother, so I'm grateful for the flowers and animals instead!

My favourite thing about summer? A cruel question on the first official day of winter! I like all the things - the heat, the light, swimming, butterflies, ladybirds, dragonflies, summer cocktails…

I just found your channel from your Stitch Con recap and I love it! Thanks so much! I'm praying for Bonnie and you. My favourite thing about summer (I'm in Melbourne, Australia) is that it feels a lot more relaxed than the rest of the year. Everything is starting to wind down for the 'silly season' (Christmas and New Year), the weather is getting nicer and it just seems a lot more acceptable to chill out and not focus so much on being productive all the time.

Love all your wips! You amaze me how much u r able to accomplish! I wish I stitched faster; I'm definetely buying stuff like I stitch fast! Lol. I like ur start everything idea for next year I should do that! I had a no buy rule for my new years resolution this year, but I didn't make it past Feb and once I failed I just went crazy! Add to Cart add to cart... but I really need to stop!
I had to laugh when u showed ur long dog pattern...my cat lucifur does that too not w plastic but w paper😂 If I leave any bills, patterns, my sons hw, u name it laying around, it WILL be marked by Luci w her "kitty braille" ...so yea, I've learned the hard way to keep all my patterns FLAT and weighed down on my stitchy desk 😂
I'm behind on my aquarium too, not for lack of stitching but I keep 🐸 cuz I'm not liking the way my stitches lay on the fabric I chose 😭 but I'm waaaaay too far and too much $ invested to start over so I'm pushing thru.

@britches__get__stitches feel free! Lolol ..luci struck again btw... I accidentally left an important from my sons school on my chair and it mysteriously ended up on the floor w bite n claw marks all it in... pretty sure it read "gimme more treats, or else" 😉
I'm doing my first christmas in July this year and about to start 5 designs... I always have these awesome visions of what I want things to look like when I finish em, but I forget I have to actually stitch them to get to that point, and there's too many SQUIRRELS aka new patterns that I want so I'm very easily distracted! Lol
Me again!😂 I should prob wait til the very end to comment but I never do.... my favorite thing about summer is my monarch 🦋...I raise them in my outdoor garden and have been trying to attract swallowtail too so hopefully this year will be a good year last summer wasn't that great for them.
My thoughts are with your bestie and her family...i hope she is able to pull thru soon 🐢❤
Hahahaha, I do the same, no worries! I'm ok with attracting the butterflies and birds, but I wish the rabbits and deer would steer clear of my flowers and veggies! thanks for the well wishes, she is on the mend and home with her kiddos now!
