This is why God places a stumbling (Ezekiel 3:20) to prove THEIR riches WRONG. They (Jezebel) have all that God has given them yet still want to sabotage, coerce and even kill other people’s riches (Naboth). Covetousness is a huge sin that is destroying the church and wrecking families, marriages, businesses, etc.

Yes, wrecking a family. "CULT" led her away, and we reached almost 35 years of marriage. 14 months ago to NESARA. She is 77, and I am 72, the childhood dysfunction.

We are in the Laodicean Church age no doubt about it, but that doesn't exclude the other six letters and how we can use them as a filter for our modern day churches!

What do you mean by Laodicean age?

    • @FatT45
      @FatT45 2 місяці тому +1

@@just_a_strange_traveler so each of the 7 letters from Jesus to the 7 churches represent a particular time in church history. Yes, the 7 letters representing the totality of all churches during Johns time, and each city had specific issues politically, economically, and within said church. However, all 7 letters apply to us today as all churches have several of the issues. Now, another deeper coincidence is how all 7 letters from the first in Ephesus to the 7th in Laodicea represent a particular segment of church history. So 1st letter is Apostolic Church Age and it's issues line up as what they set down so many doctrines, and yet, some were forgetting their first love, Jesus Christ. The second letter to Smyrna has no faults as they are known as the persecuted church. If you look up until Constantine, Christianity was the only illegal religion, and many christians died to certain Roman emperors. And then, due to Constantine we have the Pergammus Church age; this what Satan couldn't do through persecution, he achieved by having the Church marry the world in the form of state government bringing in Christianity and within a short time, it was the only legal religion. And so on and so forth to we get to the Laodicean Church age which is the last age before Jesus comes, who love only pleasure and live only the self saying we are rich and we don't need nothing! Remember, millions today call Jesus Lord, but they have t made him Lord over the hearts!

The Gospel, contained at 1 Cor. 15:1-4 provides that those whose believe Jesus Christ died for their sins, was buried, and rose again the third day are instantly and permanently saved. 1 John 5:13, John 3:16. No works are necessary, and such works neither prove you are saved nor are required to be saved. Titus 3:5, Romans 4:5, Eph. 2:8-9.
Believe the Gospel today for permanent and irrevocable salvation.

How permanently saved when Christ time and again shows produce is needed, fruit and if one doesn't produce will be cut off the vine? James said faith without works is dead. In Revelation Jesus is looking...at "your works, deeds not faith." So we need to be careful otherwise we will be among the many who seek to get into the kingdom but don't get in.

@@Simon05784 you let me know in these two verses, one spoken by the Lord himself, where it says we have to do good works to be saved:
“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”
      John 3:16
30 He then brought them out and asked, “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?”
31 They replied, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved-you and your household.”
      Acts 16:30-31

Doing good deeds and remaining faithful will save us in the end. This absurd concept of being saved “permanently” is not biblical and not even common sense.
In the final judgment, Paul proclaimed, we will all have to give an account for the deeds done in this body, in this life, and the consequences of our deeds will determine our salvation. Even Jesus himself said “he endures to the end shall be saved”. . . so if we do not endure properly, we will not receive salvation.
The Christian interpretation of salvation is in error.
Paul said salvation is our future hope, not a present reality.
Please stop thinking that you are saved now, permanently, and everything‘s hunky-dory. That’s a lie.

@@theskinnyguy9966 nice try, Satan. All you offer is manmade prideful opinion, with no Biblical citations. You want to boast before the Throne about your “many wonderful works,” and because of this, you will hear “I never knew you.”
Here’s what the scripture says, from the Lord’s mouth, not yours:
“Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life.”
      John 6:47.
Believers have eternal-meaning everlasting-life upon the moment of belief. That might upset your human sense of pride and your desire to work for your salvation, but God does not want your filthy works rags. He wants you to believe on His Son. John 3:16.
