- Hello GUYS! MI BAND 4! I already had one video on a channel about this sport tracker and one more today! In order to charge MI BAND 4 you need to take out a capsule from a bracelet, and insert it into a special charger and you need to do this every 2 and a half weeks. And over time, such actions lead to the fact that the silicon bracelet begins to break. But I found a way to charge the capsule without removing it from the silicone bracelet. And everything you have to do is to buy a super cheap charger on ALIEXPRESS. And I bought one for myself to show and check how it charges MI BAND.

I just got a MI Band 4 for my name day yesterday (St Konstantine & Helen's Day) and I was worried about how the silicone would hold up in the long term, from popping it out to charge. mine is holding out perfectly after a lot of use. In my opinnion it should not be a trouble since the straps are stupidly cheap, when the covid is over I will surely buy 3 or 4 straps. its something arround 2 dollars

do you work at Xiaomi ? it is clear(for me) that they made the decision of charging like that to make the buyer .. buy more of them in time, the replacement straps are garbage 99.99% of the time, and you end up buying new ones. Or why not adding wirelesses charging .. two words planned obsolescence
@@cridr Taking it off once a month or however long the battery lasts won't ruin your strap so easily. The thin cable of the original charger is indeed questionable, and will definitely break sooner or later, but there are alternatives
