Lastima que este ovalo de fontana va a mamar con eso de que nascar lo hara en un ovalo corto de 0.5 millas): Pero concuerdo contigo bro Tal vez no sea la mejor pero si una de las mejores de la historia:)
You guys at INDYCAR needs to keep awesome races in the calendar instead of dropping them out. This is the best motorsport race in the last few years, you need to put Fontana back for 2017. Also, 3147 position changes. How many seasons will F1 need to match the number of position changes in that single Indycar race?
Seriously? After years of the mind numbing NASCAR races except for the last 5 laps and the F1 races[????] where the leader on the first lap is usually the leader at the end finally a race that could keep anyone who is not an Indy Car hater, on the edge of their seat the entire race. If Tony Kanaan does not like this form of racing then go back to Brazil and race 10 car lengths between cars and put your fans to sleep. I have raced cars, motorcycles and been watching racing since I was in my early teens at local tracks and without a doubt that Fontana race was by far the most exciting race I have ever seen. Some people just cannot be pleased and spend their time raining on everyone else's parade. Just jealous little people.
Mike Wurlitzer Agree. It seems like 3 or 4 drivers hated it and the rest were ok with it. Maybe they can just race the road courses and be replaced for the ovals. So much bitching, this is not the same as what killed Dan Wheldon.
BroncosHeat Probably the guys who crashed were mostly the ones bitching. Seemed like a lot of stuff happens when people don't hold their line or refuse to back out of a tiny hopeless overlap.
My guess, someone's gonna have a career/life ending race before the season is over... statistically speaking there's a high chance of it happening close quarters racing. Godspeed Artificial race.. nothing not even close.
Best race I have ever seen. Well worth the sunburn.
I hope you guys do another in-car theater. Cause that was probably one of the greatest auto races I have ever seen.
5 años despues, y sigue siendo la mejor carrera americana que he visto en mi vida, y la que terminó de enamorarme a los ovalos.

Graham Rahal is so fast he can outrun a pit road violation. It took Race Control 4 days to catch up with him, now that's a driver!
/Sarcasm off
Unforgetable race!!!!!
Just thankful that everyone stayed alive. That's all.
Miss this race so much please bring it back soon for a season finale

Best race in years. Exactly what Indy car needed. If the drivers are afraid change sports then.
Return to Auto Club!!
Judging by the reactions, seems the 'Old guys' were the only ones whining, and everyone else (including Briscoe) thought it was alright

FormulaKimball What's funny is Ed Carpenter and Newgarden crashed and they loved it.
More pack racing please
Brad Gray Rather the drivers stay alive. Pack racing indycars is to dangerous.
+Brad Gray "pack" race may or may not be the best, but a single-file-with-leader-unable-to-escape a la 2013 Indy 500 sure helps.
My guess, someone's gonna have a career/life ending race before the season is over...

I hate to point out that you were correct.
Bring them back....
Incredible 5 wide!
Greatest race i have ever seen
Paul Page's introduction was phenomenal, likewise was the racing.
Let's race baby
Loved it!
Hey dies anyone want to know what the song is called that they played towards the end?
If that last caution didn't come out, I GUARANTEE you it would've been a photo finish!
They better race at the short track
Was the race too exciting? I hope Fontana is back in 2017!
I thought graham won at Barber? Didn't he??
Jacob Flynn No, Newgarden won at Barber i think Rahal finished second after some awesome overtaking maneuvers
Florian Niedermair His overtake on Dixon for 2nd was absolutely amazing.
Total of 290 people in the stands 😔
