Your utilities budget is very low, my bills budget is around $750 (power, water, garbage, insurance)

Utilities is only for electric. I'm also expecting it to go up very soon as electricity prices have gone up recently. We're on well water and have a septic system so we don't have to pay for water or sewage but it comes with it's own expenses. Our property taxes cover garbage so that is covered, along with insurance, in our mortgage payment through escrow.
