Yes, I agree. Castor oil has made me walk again with no pain. I have severe osteoarthritis and before this miracle oil, I couldn't even sleep. Applying it on the joints is instant relief. In addition to that, I made a face cream with tallow (grass-fed, grass-finished) and castor oil, and the results are amazing. No more expensive, and full of chemicals creams on my face. I wish I was introduced earlier on this god sent oil. But better late than never, I guess.
All I can say is " this information is true" in regards to apply to injuries. I injured the tendon in my ankle, applied castor oil, after leaving on overnight- I walked the next day as if I had no injury. It was great, I will continue this natural path daily. I wasted so much money on other products 🙄 should started with this, you find the information when it's meant to come to you. Cheers

Hi Ryan:). Great informative information about Caster oil. Do you have to get a prescription from a doctor to get the pharmaceutical version for the eyes? I use Caster oil for all the reasons you listed but do want to use it in my eyes too. Thank you👍😊🙏
Expeller pressed is no good, because when the extract the oil it generates heat. This destroys some of the beneficial compounds, like Vitamin E in the oil. Cold pressed is advised. 💚

Certain optometrists will prescribe them, but you can get them from health food stores and some pharmacies too. 💚

When vitamin E is in castor oil then why to mix with vitamin E oil is difficult to understand
