- Roman Grygoriv (b. 1984) received a Russian missile frame from a soldier whose apartment in Irpin was destroyed in an airstrike. “Everything burned, not even the cast-iron frame of his piano remained,” says Grygoriv. “I’m often asked whether I strung the missile or altered it in any way, but I did not [...] I hold this missile in my arms. I touch this genocide with my hands. Then I transform it.”
