when you want to choose a favorite song from this album but it's simply impossible.. lol ok colors is my No 1 but i literally love every single one... it's been 6 years since it came out and while i'm obsessing over her latest albums, i'm literally still obsessing over this one as well... it's like every year i fall in love with a different song...and now there's not even one left on this album that i don't love..it took me 6 years to finally be able to say that i'm obsessed with each one of them. first it was colors,hurricane,new americana,control,castle and gasoline , then it was hold me down,ghost,drive and roman holiday , and this year was strange love,young god,coming down and haunting ♥
I feel like some of her songs are like things that really happened to her at one point in time. The way she sings them are just so powerful it makes me think that. It's very possible that this didn't happen to her in her past but the way she sings it makes me think that.

I can't believe this masterpiece exists.
I started listening to alternative music at the beginning of the year and I've fell in love. I'm so sick of meaningless tunes and repetitive lyrics. I started with Twenty One Pilots, which somehow led to Halsey [Marian hill got thrown in here somewhere too] and then Melanie Martinez. Actual I found both Halsey, Melanie, and Marian on IHeartRadio lol. I'm continuing my search for alt.music.
