You guys always forget to show the TDPs of the gpu especially in the laptops. This acer nitro 5 's RTX 3060 is 95 watt TDP compare to the Dell G15 that you guys reviewed in a previous video whose rtx 3060 is 130 watt. Please mention that if possible helps in making a better decision for the consumer. Nevertheless , its a wonderful video :)
Are you able to change the TDP in bios or any alternative way ?

The Lenovo Legion 5 also has the 130watt 3060, these are only about 10-20% worse than the desktop version. Jarred did a video on the difference and it was pretty good.
Also the CPU and RAM your using. I have an Asus tuf dash f15 (i7-12650, rtx 3060, 16 gb ddr5 ram) and in warzone I was averaging higher frame rates on balanced than the 3050 video that they did about a week or so ago. So when I heard the comparison to the mobile 3060 to a full 1660, I was confused. As I watched the video and realise that the laptop being tested had a Ryzen 5 5000 series and 8gb of ram running at 2400mhz, I understood why you would make such a comparison. Keep up the good content tho

You guys are the reason why I am starting my laptop collection. I just picked up a alienware 17 r3 for a trade for my nintendo switch and old ps3 games and 3 phones that were cracked. You guys rock and makes me happy that I can find videos like this that inspire me to collect old laptops, new laptops and fixing them up and upgrading them. I am so happy I found great youtubers like you guys and a few of the smaller ones I watch as well. Keep up the good work!

3600 with 34 gb of 2666mhz ddr4 ram and a rx5700xt im running forknife on epic settings with the lumen CRAP turned off and it runs so smooth it feels like im hacking
Those prices are impossible in Europe. BTW I really like that some brands still let you upgrading your setup as it should be. My dad bought an Asus Zenbook 2 years ago with 8 gb of RAM and you simply can't put more as it's soldered to the motherboard.
I have this exact model. I got it new as a Black Friday deal for $600 in November. I love it. The only thing I didn't like is the speakers, but overall it is a decent deal.

the reason you are seeing 30% usage on the igpu is because the 3060 is doing the actual render then the igpu is showing it on the screen. you can replicate this on a desktop with 2 different gpus installed. in the windows display settings in the graphics tab you can set the gpu itll render with that gpu then send the picture on the gpu connected to the screen
When you add in the second stick of RAM don't match it just by the XMP profile speed. Turn the XMP off and note the base speed and latency and match that too.

As much I love acer gaming laptops the deal breaker for me is the temp management.
Got 2 units thru the years and both cooked itself.
I got the same exact one from Acer recertified with a 5% discount came out to $615! Solid deal for the price works great. Added another 8 gb ram as well.

I like my acer nitro 5, just be aware they sometimes have mushy keys. Hope they fixed that in more recent models.

Walmart had this for $800 retail a little while back. You might wanna check there. I got this same model for $650 during Black Friday and you can purchase accidental damage protection plans too. I got 3yrs accidental damage protection for $79.
I added 2x16gb of 3200mhz dual rank dual channel RAM from TimeTec on Amazon for $75. TimeTec is a U.S. based company that uses chips from trusted brands like Samsung, Micron, SK Hynix, etc. That kit runs at 3200mhz stock out of box but is CL22. If you can get into BIOS and enable XMP it's CL16. Just make sure it says 2R 2x16gb. Most RAM that says 3200mhz only hits that speed if XMP is enabled which isn't possible on most pre-built systems. I also added 1TB WD SN570 m.2 NVME SSD for another $70 so I only spent $800 total just on hardware. I ended up with Ryzen 5600H, 95w RTX 3060, 32gb dual rank dual channel 3200mhz RAM, and 1.5 TB of WD NVME SSD storage

Pretty sure the Warzone crash is an issue with Warzone itself and not the laptop.
Because pc and laptops so different the rtx is way smaller so it can't get more cool in the laptop to get more fps then a pc

Incorrect! 3060 mobile comes close to desktop unless it is very underpowered.
Well on mobile version it has 6GB vram while the desktop has 12GB vram. Go figure.

Warzone 2 is the worst game to benchmark performance. It crashes on my 3060 laptop, on my 3060ti desktop. Still no fix. Devs update the game and make it even worse 🤣

my 2070 maxQ gets like 70-80fps on average on warzone 2.0 with dlss at 1440p..... while this rtx 3060 gets less at 1080p strange
watch the 2nd test wz2.0 (12g) 3060 just use 50-60% bc the ram still not enough they just use flex-mode not dual ram
