Experienced it dropping down to 10kb from 9mbps only using it for about 1 hour! recommend just getting a sim card or other providers.

Hi, I'm a Swedish guy living in the Philippines. In Sweden, where I grew up, we had roasted pork like that once a week. My dad always poked knife holes in the pork to insert garlic with salt or dried plums to infuse the pork roast. I kept up the tradition myself after I moved out since it's cheap and quick prep, just a long oven bake time. The pork slab we buy is much smaller though about half that size so no sous vide is needed, it looked exactly same as the one in video in cross section, only without the savory garlic or juicy plum surprises. We have a word for it; Späckad fläskkarré, I guess translates to "speckled porkroast".

I've watched your content since DeadlyJimmy days and please dont stop with what youre doing and make more content at Japan if u have time. That large pork roast was cooked sous vide and then thrown into an oven to brown. That's why it's cooked perfectly.
I think I'll try cooking something similar at home!
