SUMMER VLOG: prepping for dumpling-making w/ friends, Costco run, eating lol + more!

- Good day, my friends!! Hope you've been sleeping and eating well and spending some time doing something you really enjoy. I'm back with another vlog, and this time, I'm mainly preparing for a get-together/Bible study by shopping for groceries, washing my dog, and cooking! (BTW, all the friends who came over and I are fully vaccinated). This weekend was so fun, and I hope I can host more in the future!

Was your kitchen renovated? I don't remember your kitchen looking like that in the "making donuts" video.
So your not at Rice for summer school it seems. And it seems you and your family go to an Asian Christian church because all of your Christian friends are Asians. Nothing is wrong at looking what others buy, for I do the same. I glance to check if I'm missing out on something I might need.
Why not cover what is talked about during your Bible study? I think that might be more of an interesting UA-cam video for me and your UA-cam friends to watch. I have never had a gathering of Christian friends at my dormitory, apartment, or home through out my whole life! But Mormons and Jehovah Witnesses come over sometimes to give me and my family a scriptural lesson, and a couple of times my wife feeds the young LDS missionaries a dinner and lets them watch TV.
I could tell your family is rich because your parents has a beautiful new clean home. I never had that life. I grew up in a 1912 wooden apartment in the poor Hispanic Pico-Union neighborhood of downtown Los Angeles going to 10th Street Elementary, Berendo Jr. High, then Belmont High (if you know Los Angeles). In general, I still can't afford a nice home as yours even though I have a BS in Math from BYU and an MSEE degree from Cal State LA. But part of the reason is because I was forced to live in the desert of New Mexico starting in 2005 to legally fight for my father's farmland and grazing land that my Mom and I had let Dad's relatives to use when Dad passed away in 1985. They claimed the land was now theirs and we legally lost it in October 2012.
