Diagnosed with this today on top of varicose veins which will be treated next month..same leg. Ran 3 marathons in the past 7 months and my summer is over..😢😢

If you’re going thru this you’re going to naturally go for the stair and get that calf stretched. That and putting pressure with your thumb on the back of it and then massaging the whole calf out till it looses up and you can slap it and it jiggles again.

My bakers cyst is just over 2 inches. Driving me nuts. But doc won’t do anything. Upper calf tightness. A stabbing pain behind my knee. I also feel a bubbling effect.

I have neuropathy in my right foot. Could it be caused by the Bakers cyst?
