Good evening, sir..., Jai Hind, In this video fine sand mortar is considered, but for brick work we generally use coarse sand to prepare CM 1:6. So I think for rate analysis of CM1:6 we have to consider the coarse sand part for calculation instead of fine sand.
Sir i always confused in about the weightage like 0.36 what is the meaning Matlb kya 0.36 person per day?? Or 0.36 person per unit quantity of work . please sir rate analysis ke in weightage ko kaise smjha jata hai use expain kijiye
hi there i saw ur plastering video i want to know how to calculate outer plastering cost with simple elevation? if the total slab are is 1560sft ? i have a parking in gfloor and on top of it i have 4 floors each floor 1560sft area
Sir have following doubts. Please clear calculation 0.25 & quantity of cement required for different mixing grades. you have added two masons and brick quantity calculated for only one how?
0.25 is standard as CPWD, or you can calculate both masons as 0.72 x 2 = 1.44 accordingly 2 mason / 1.44 = 1.38 Hence for 2 cubic bricks 2 x 494 = 988 x 1.38 = 1364 for 2 masons 1364 /2 = 686 bricks
3564 4312 Sir you have already calculated the mortar 1:6 total cost that is 3564 but the same mortar cost in brickwork analysis you have put that is 4312.please make me understand about this
You have not consider scaffolding cost, also if you use 230x115x75 bricks (generally it use, 190x90x90 not in use), then considering 10mm mortar joint, bricks calculation is not 494.,
Please comment if you have any query / question, Thanks
How will come Non modular bricks 494 with size 23x11x7 in per cum ?
