    I was prescribed sleeping pills and OMG. I am so glad I am self-isolating. Cause I can't function in the morning!

    I celebrate when I get 4 hrs sleep...been like this since I was a kid...in my 40's now. Still function like a human :P

    EMF is an issue I watch out for. Having a laptop, smartphone,or tablet in the bedroom disrupts sleep. I put these item in another room. And like you said, no TV !

    I take magnesium-in fact I use Calm. Doesn’t work. And if you do too much of it, it will give you diarrhea.

    what about a banana before going to bed if you are hungry? is that a good idea or not?
