Cutoff FM for talking filters (a cool technique for modular synthesizers)

What if there were other ways of making a vowel-like sound with lowpass filters besides formants?
Today we explore an unusual technique that requires two oscillators and one resonant filter like our Frap Tools Cunsa: frap.tools/cunsa
We used a second oscillator to perform FM over the cutoff frequency of a highly resonant lowpass filter. Everything tracks together, and with some filter pinging the magic happens.
