Takes hard work with working out and having to just bite the bullet to deal with the pain, it will get better if you put in the work. It sucks dealing with all the pain but you can’t let the pain hold you back, good luck and hope you get better👍 I’m not sure what your pain is but if it is similar to mine I will be putting out videos showing what my rehab intails
