Trellium - Mining or grinding?

Great another resource to either mine or grind. but which one is better.
well with hard figures we shall see which one is best to do for players in the G4 part of the game, as we look at Raw Trellium A.

When you mine it becomes a passive grind. 80K in 15 minutes without too much fuss. I have plenty grinding to do elsewhere
