The pure Android stock experience are so much better and smoother than the custom OS and UI. Both are good but i think if you want the best device with stock Android.. Buy a Nexus.

At least with companies like HTC and Samsung and Sony try to make their devices a different experience to what most of are used to. Whether those experiences are good or not ("cough" samsung) is up to the consumer.
these two phones also came out about a half year later than the iPhone O.o so yes, they did copy a lot of things from the iPhone: Stainless Steel Band, aluminum backing, etc.
Yeah, I think a lot of people forget that making these videos fund new products you buy. Even I, a relatively small UA-camr compared to you, make good money from this website.

Both the phone have stock android but both WILL NOT BE DIRECTLY UPDATED BY GOOGLE! Htc and samsung will update the phones. Don't expect to have the latest version of android the day one the nexus will have it.
I can't choose which one but I've had all galaxy s devices so far so I'll make change and get the one. Although I would want a menu button and a micro SD card slot.
here's a really good idea when you review a new phone, use it to watch one of your videos then on your next video use the previous video over and over again if you know what i mean
This is why I like apple better. They don't poop out phones every few months like samsung does. Like when you buy a s4 a few months later it will be already outdated and your stuck with it for 2 years.

I think the HTC looks better and the Samsung has more power. I would pick HTC just by looks. The Samsung sure looks cheap yet costs nearly as much as the HTC.

You can still download Samsung WatchOn on the Google play edition, just search it in the play store and all the GS4 apps will be there

Samsung GS4 for me because of the flexibility of the phone. Expandable storage, the battery can be easily replaced, and ergonomics.
