In this "No BS" tour guide of the Sanctuary of Truth in Pattaya Thailand. No drone shots, no cheap stock music, no fake smiles, literally what you see if what you get. An Aussie larrikin delving in to a different culture and seeing it for the first time with real reactions and realistic comments (Maybe the ones people usually keep in their heads)
I also run you through a couple of the silly mistakes I made, for example rocking up to the tour in a singlet and shorts. (Yeah good one Marco - Been living in Australia too long) Apparently the singlet is okay for this particular temple as it is a museum, but I had to hire some odd looking 3/4 pants and we even has to wear a hard hat for safety.
This place was absolutely amazing, I didn't realise the Sanctuary of Truth in Pattaya Thailand was still under construction, it was actually cool to see because we got to see the hard working men and women chipping away and buildings all the parts to it .... They even let me have a go.
Once I got down to the structure I give you a close up look where we see the intricate hand made details that put all Aussie construction to shame! Haha! We then step in side to see what the work looks like on the inside.

Woooow! As a construction worker myself this is incredible to see! Seeing their scale model and blueprints and woodworking skills! Amazing! I'm a welder/ironworker and a woman so to see all this AND see women working too is so cool! I'd visit just for that! Think of all the jobs this temple has created to benefit the skilled tradespeople!

She was a bad camera lady, but yes… I was chiseling out her markings from the drawings.
And that’s why I wasn’t hitting it so hard because I was trying to respect and have just the right amount of force so I didn’t damage anything.

Hahaha wow! It’s like the furthest place away from everything, but also very luscious and greener there and plenty of characters. I will get there one day, but it’s just too close to Australian culture to interest me right now. That’s why I’ve thrown myself out and having a look at all of these places for now.
