KC-135 gets upgraded

- The first of 22 KC-135 Stratotankers from Fairchild AFB, has been upgraded. The Block 45 upgrade improved the stability of the aircraft, autopilot functions and even added a digital instrument panel for the engine readouts. This upgrade is intended to extend the life of the KC-135 until the year 2040.
