Rest in power. Don’t know much about his personal life, but Berserk is one complex and relevant piece of literature that people need to read or at least hear about.

I didn't actually say that there was anything wrong with the movies.
I just meant that I wouldn't consider the movies the "proper Berserk". I'd say that the '97 anime was the proper representation (in terms of digital media, obviously). That's just my opinion though, the films were enjoyable :D

Now that I'm thinking about it, Could Guts be considered Reality, while Griffith is Fantasy? Which would mean that a one on one fight between Reality and Fantasy. Does that even make sense????

Well yes and no. Griffith represents a dream becoming reality, he is everything we aspire to be, strong, wise, smart, able to achieve what we wish. While Guts is everything we are, full of potential, with the capacity to destroy and protect, raw untapped strength, unconventional brain power. In my interpretation of the story, Griffith is our morally ambiguous side that is everything we could do, and Guts is our morally absolute side, and everything we are able to do. So yes fantasy vs reality, but no because they are both aspects of fantasy, Griffith being raw intelligence and finesse, Guts being overly strong and still smart enough to know his limits.
yes, becuase Guts is called the most Human character in fiction (Reality), while Griffith is the most well written, (Fantasy)
They need to make guts a super sayan or something and end this shit once and for all. Story so slow to progress and the author of the manga release times are way too big, it's fucking ridicolous. It is a good story but shit, everything has a limit.
Griffith is a pretty lie while Guts is the ugly truth.

Okay yeah, this song I good but I genuinely thought it was gonna be Devil in Disguise by Elvis Presley.
Guts is the perfect character to become a undead from Dark souls unending will so he wont go hollow until he finishes his mission
Dark souls, berserk, same difference really. Berserk is great but hard to read, dark souls is great but very hard to play
Theyre both set in a fictional world inspired of medieval Europe and have giant swords and are very dark and depressing, hell hidetaka Miyazaki , the creator of DS even says he's taken a lot of inspiration from berserk

Berserk fanboys allways say the movies are shit! But I think, they're way better that the anime, because the movies give back the dark feeling from the manga better! The actions, the drawn animation, the GORE is way way better and it's also not as censored and have more characters than the anime! In my eyes Anime

You got them from the vendor in the mine you have to clear out to the western half of the map. I was BIG SAD to find out they were gone in the remaster 😭😭

Der hat doch Auto Aim aufm Schwert o.O Naja, bezeichnen wir den Armverlust am ende mal als Nerf ^^ Das AMV hat mich schon deutlich mehr angesprochen als das von neueren Berserk, muss aber sagen, dass es immer noch nicht ganz so meins ist, sorry :3 Aber naja, das AMV war dennoch ganz nett anzusehen und aufgrund der Musik auch anzuhören ;) Die lief gut mit und hats irgendwie mit den Szenen auf einer Ebene zu stehen :D
