No, it was he. He faked it, but it was he who did that. Besides what difference is here? In both cases it's women who liked him, Zelena and Evil queen. He doesn't share feelings of either of them. Yet. Funny, I never thought about them as pair, but after this scene in pawn shop I'm all in. They couldn't find a better pair for Regina/EQ than Rumple.

It bugged me because I saw Regina as the odd one out between her, Zelena, and Cora. While the two latter witches were angry and bitter, Regina was simply hurt and scarred. Unlike Zelena and Cora who were seduced by Rumple's dark personality and lure of dark magic, Regina was unphased, and simply wanted magic to get revenge for her love. Regina had the best hope for redemption, and Zelena's and Cora's redemption arcs were half-assed and contrived.
But since this is the Evil Queen, I can let it slide.
The castle scene was just pure sassiness and fun to watch, loved the acting, but the shop scene was just odd and weird and someway unexpected.
Idk, this wasn't really that uncomfortable for me, I thought they had that "unresolved sexual tension" since day one. So it's kinda nice to finally see it play out.

The kind of love scene with Rumple/Gold was hard for Lana, since she sees Robert Carlyle as a mentor; Bobby felt squeamish and "dirty" during those scenes, because he feels she is like a sort of niece to him. He actually didn't have to act that much at the end of the scene, because he really felt like the sexuality was wrong. Since they both had to push beyond their real life feelings, and get uncomfortable, it really shows their mettle as actors. My cousin is loving the wackiness of The Evil Queen, compared to prior seasons (where she was: emotional, bitchy, and/or uptight at all times), since Lana is a joker in real life. She gets to put a little of herself in the freedom that the character of The Queen is using this season. Just fabulous!

The second time I watched it, I find it easier to watch.
The first time, I was shocked. The thing is, to me, Rumple and Regina had a Father Daugther relationship so that made it super awkward for me to watch.
Yeah, they got even more of a sort of father and daughter relationship once they were in Storeybrook and Henry was born and so on. So seeing this is really fucking weird😅 especially when rumple also made out with Regina’s sister and mom.
I'd actually like too see this play out, Belle is always going to find a reason too leave Rumple, so he deserves to be with someone as evil as he is, it'll eventually be a good match

He did it since Cora outwitted and mentally hurt him. He and Cora were a thing once upon a time. The whole reason he made The Evil Queen was to play out his fantasy with Cora. Not truly with Regina’s Evil Queen. Part of why he always had a soft spot for Regina. Zelena didn’t need Rumple’s silly mind games to be something. Belle is much older than she looks. Yes Belle was on the younger side but do remember, Belle was around Rumple for quite some time. Technically she wasn’t underaged. Hence his “denial” most of their scenes which was played out as him softening his heart to her.

So tbh you aren’t wrong about Cora being the True Evil Queen… Though in Cora’s story, Snow White’s Mother is the Evil Queen. So it gets complicated. Hades even Feared Cora. Hades Feared Rumple. They had to kill off Hades So Cora wouldn’t be even more OP since Zelena and Hades ended up being a thing. Ingrid beat Rumple. Imagine Cora as Queen/Goddess of the Underworld who could jump in and out of the underworld easily…

I agree that the first part was completely uncomfortable with Rumple smelling the Evil Queen's neck. And I'm not saying that because I think Rumple is gross. I love him. I love him and Belle, or at least I used to. I just think it was a bit out of character. I don't think we've seen Rumple make that explicit a move towards Regina. But for some reason I found the second part with the Evil Queen and Mr. Gold hot. I think I was surprised for a minute then I was like you know what, Gold why don't you go for it. Belle's rejected you so many times you deserve to let your frustrations out.
I was reading some of the other posts, about Rumble smelling EQ. I seem to remember he smelling and looking at EQ stuff at other times. Like smelling flowers, looking in a hand mirror, and looking at her jewelry.
And as I stated before she was wiping her neck and face with a hankey. Women in the old days would dip the hankey in a cool lavender or perfume, then wipe the sweat off her face and neck.

To this day I still don't know why the creators did this. I never once saw the relationship between Rumple and Regina as sexually charged for the entire first 5 seasons. I felt they sort of loved each other in their own way despite all the betrayals, but I thought of him as more of a twisted father/mentor figure to her. This, to me, just came out of nowhere and really made me uncomfortable lol.

AGAIN FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE BACK!! Rumple fell in love with the unadulterated EVIL within both daughters. Cora, he truly loved at some point I believe. Zelena and Regina only became attractive to him when they were willing to do ANYTHING TO GET THEIR REVENGE. That’s why he never made a move on Regina until she was SEETHING and doing truly evil shit to get Snow. Look at the way he smelled her, she practically humming with dark magic something at enticed him. Regina being alone with her misery found solace in Rumples darkness as well, he reveled in her mischief and egged it on which was a complete turn on for her.
Now when that evil high, came all the way down, she could see how gross it was in the grand scheme of things. Also, Maleficent and her had sex a hill I will gladly die on. ❤😂😂😂😂😂
