- The transformation for this Civic was a super exciting and fun project to have in the studio. The owner wanted his Honda to be unique and stand out for the rest. This is absolutely amazing! I wish you guys were up here in Mississippi. Bought my '18 Civic Hatchback EX-L recently and the previous owners did a bad job of caring for the car. Hood and parts of the body are covered in chips, roof's clear coat is half way gone. Some swirls and scuffs here and there. Would totally come by and let you guys do your magic. The Scorcher GT package is also super impressive, great power gains! Absolutely amazing job on this car. Immediate fan now

I just bought a certified low mileage 2019 Civic EX-T this month and Love it but worried coming out of monster V8 power but this 4 cyl. turbo is “VERY” impressive coming out of plagued Nissan Titan SV 4x4 (12mpg city/17 hwy at best )with under 100k with a/c replacement and trans slipping terribly with engine coolant mixing in cvt transmission mechanic found in reservoir a strawberry milkshake topped with aluminum shavings! “Get your shit together Nissan!” My wife owns 2019 Murano Platinum too(No problems) other than sunroof leaking down passenger pillar during rain? Any fixes just passed 36k and now we are no longer a valued customer! I will be getting her a new honda soon as I can talk her out of the Murano; she really loves it.#🚫RayBrandtNissan#Biloxi,Ms.

The car looks fire overall but you should've installed those side skirts on the door as intended, diagonally to follow the bend on the doors. I ordered mine when I was bying my brand new FK7 from the dealership and it adds so much "motion" to the already aggressive looking body of the 10th gen hatch, even if the car is not moving. Everything else you guys did with it is 10/10🥇

One of the sickest si builds. So clean and modern
So tastefully done - no red badges, no type R wing, no obnoxious loud exhaust (from what I see). Blue calipers, not red to look like a supercar. Kept it what it is, but looks better and not "higher end" than it is.

@@xena.p97 depends what you’re looking for the springs are most likely $250. The roof wrap is 150 The rims and tires is most likely $800-$1000 depends on what kind of rims that you want.

I own a 2019 Civic White hatch and I actually need to black out all the logos. It does look nice (option was the red Honda badge seen in the Type R) and one of my must projects is to lower the car as well.
Get the Red with Black H. Best of both imo.

We didn't show the process for this car in video but we took it off and tape off the muffler portioned.Then we primered, used high temp aerosol gloss black and clear coat.

Hello, with the lowering springs, will I need to replace shocks as well? Or do I just need the springs and can use factory shocks/struts?

The easiest way to black out the badges were be to use plasti-dip. Its very easy and if done properly looks very solid

I’m a bit confused bc it has the sport badges and the sport center exit Exhuast yet it has a 1.5L turbo engine which doesn’t come in the sports they have a 2.0L NA motor

We took them off the wheel, painted them, and reinstalled them.

Looks dope!!! Is it too low for bumps/driveways? I want to lower my car but I’m afraid of bottoming out and scraping all over the place.
From factory I had to enter my driveway at angle and my driveway isn't even that steep. But I've been looking, and it might be too late on my reply considering you sent this message 5 months ago but the Einbach proline lowering springs lower the car a little over an inch and they say it still rides like stock.
Of course you do need to add a little more care with speed bumps, driveways and drainage dips. But you also need to watch out while driving at night for road debris too so you don't F up your cars underside :o)

Premium gas is definitely preferred and recommended. After doing the AFE power kit, premium becomes necessary.

I’m trying to buy something to get the hp over 200, is the thing in the video reliable or is something else better?
Just buy a tuning kit or racechip, easy to install and can easily get you over the 200hp mark if you have one of the 1.5T models
@@samanson2001 nothing is that easy, the car wasn’t designed to be over 200hp your going to be breaking stuff
@@danberger873 the car is 180bhp stock, and extra 20 isn't that much, especially with a turbo
you can either get an etuner kit or replace the stock turbo with something better, its going to be a lot of work for something faster yet safe, less work if you just go for an etuner
Hondata states that with a reflash, you can get about 215 hp and about 240 torque… approximately.

How do I find the right cold air intake for my 2020 Honda Civic hatchback ex
We used the AFE Power SCORCHER GT Performance Package for this Civic. It comes with the Takeda Momentum Cold Air Intake. Its definitely with buying the package deal. We didn't get to film it but this Civic's acceleration from 0-60 was cut by 1.5 seconds from stock.

Does this color only come in touring trim?
Nope. It's available on all the trims
@covertcars is right. It's definitely an additional option type of color so it's not commonly seen.

It’s a Honda part. I added it to mine as I had the smaller spoiler stock.

The SI is not available in Europe and is a sedan, not to everyone's taste. I bought the SportPlus myself and am very happy with the 182 hp, max speed 230kmh

Our best recommendation is to modify a vehicle in stages. This owner was just ready to send it and do it all at once. But its easier for most to do one mod at a time like polish and coating and then go into the mods like the wheels and suspension. The wheels and tires were the expensive part of this project at around $2k for the setup.
