Brooke going back for multiple bites is always a quality review. I love a stuffed potato, especially as a way to use leftover bbq.
Those time lapsed chopping segments are some of my favorite content on youtube. I find it so satisfying for some reason.
It always makes me so happy to see people mopping bbq again. Growing up in SC and watching all the old timers do it always made me excited to as well.
I’d try cooking the potatoes on the Chud Box while the pork is on… could even foil wrap and put down into the coals… no need to cook them separately.
Brother, you sure make grilling and smoking meat a joy. I've learned a lot from your videos. You've taught me how to make sausage, summer sausage, smoke brisket and ribs better, and a lot of other things. I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way. Best way to start my day- with my 4 year old asking to watch "Chudder barbecue".
I've done buffalo chicken stuffed potatoes before. They are sooo good! Season up your whole chicken with a spicy rub, smoke it, pull it, sauce it with buffalo sauce, then top your potato with the chicken, some blue cheese crumbles, shredded cheese, ranch dressing... now that's tasty!!

I enjoy eating the potato skin with my baker if cooked properly.
I wash me potatoes well,let them dry and spray them with olive oil,roll them in kosher salt, then wrap with piece of foil and bake at 375° for 35 to 45 minutes. It renders a fluffy, mildly salted tater. I want to try spray beef tallow.

Maybe it's just because I grew up in Florida, but I like combining traditional Latin food with traditional American food into new creations, so I'd be interested in seeing a picadillo or ropa vieja baked potato, both sound funky enough to be up your alley

I want to do this, but with a twice baked potato with the cheese and just a touch of the pork belly inside, with more PB and cracklin on top.
Possibly not the most creative thing I’ve seen on here but definitely looks tasty. I’m thinking of a similar thing but doing pub-style tater skins.
If you put a metal skewer through the center of the baked potato lengthwise, it helps the potato cook more even.

I mush mine all up....I generally consider the potato as merely a binder to hold together the sour cream, butter and cheese.
I usually eat my baked potato in its own bowl as that I use so much sour cream that it looks like 'tater soup when I'm done dressing it.

Do smoked potatoes on the pellet grill all the time then pull the gutts. Fill with BBQ left overs and make smoked potato skins. Then the next day make smoked potato soup with the potato guts.

Can't even try to do this in Germany. You can't find a potato big enough to make a baked potato.
So...could you scoop the inside of the potato out, mix all the ingredients together and make a twice baked potato? That way you get the same thing with each bite. Just my two cents.
