Your videos are always fun. The imperfections only make it more real for me. I prefer the rough cuts to the polished presentations. Thanks for sharing your walks ...
Thanks for the video, it is wonderful how you carefully handle the snakes so they don’t bite you. I live in Orlando Florida, I see a lot of black racers in my yard, l leave them alone but they are beautiful to look at. Stay safe.👍🇺🇸
Noah if u had the time to recognize and acknowledge comments I would give you props on being the best at what u do bro. U put mad time, effort and miles in. You have an awesome future awaiting my man!
I love that alterna, dark gray, bright white, and no broken bands ...a 10 in my book :) The Transpecos Black-headed took me by surprise, had no idea they could be so big and so green - Awesome! BTW, never get tired of Subocs btw, and Long-nosed. West TX herps are my favorite in NA, and I haven't even been there ...yet.
I really need to get out to the west coast. I don’t know how common any of these snakes are but coming from NC where we see ZERO of these kinds of snakes, these guys are all super super gorgeous. It’s so amazing how you get to travel and find so many incredible species! Hope I can do the same one day.
Same (I live not far from Texas so I can find some of these snakes) but I'd like to b able to travel and find more species as well, I find basically the same 5-7 kinds of snakes throughout the year
Herping with Owen it’s not the worst but it’s not great. Had Zach from Life’s Wild Adventures over in central NC a couple weeks ago, and we couldn’t find anything 😂 though I’ve been seeing a lot of DOR mud snakes lately, might get lucky
@@NCHerpers I haven't had a great year over here n NM either, granted I haven't gone out as much as I should have, and I was able to put out my best video so far (imo) but it still feels like a down year like I haven't found a lot
You do a fantastic job filming, with or without the gopro. I know you'll get the hang of it though. Keep at it and keep catching those beautiful serpents for us. See you in a minute, playing catch up lol ❤🐍🐍❤
I found a rat snake and after watching your videos I felt comfortable knowing what snake is venomous and witch one is not. So I found the courage to pick one up. I'm in room 23 at Kaiser, they said it was a rattlesnake!😁jk
My guess for that garter snake is that it’s trying to break through its shed by rubbing against the rough asphalt. It coiled up when it figured out you were there.
Safron i wasn’t too sure either, but it’s the only time I’ve seen other snakes perform such a behavior. I wasn’t there so I can’t really claim to know what it was doing but it’s the best thing I can think of to explain it.
i have a question for you. i know this doesnt really apply to this spot, but where do you go to find your field spots? do you just stop at peoples houses and ask for permission to look around? all my spots are just national parks or reserves and most of the time im finding no snakes. Im from ohio if that helps. i have no idea where to go to find spots
Absolutely beautiful Gray-banded King..... I've had the pleasure of nursing a young female back to health that was run over on a gravel road. They are stunning....
I don’t know how people figure that you copy people you’re just a Herper. It makes no sense you find animals and reptiles how could you possibly copy somebody

Your taking me back to great memories of my childhood hunting snakes in Southern Illinois during the 70's
Lucky I want to go hunting for Snakes
@@brooklnnreeves5561 Come to southern Illinois lol
Ken Johnson lol If that’s what it takes to see some snakes All come lol
I am currently living in So. Illinois, herping is a ton of fun down here.
I just woke up to this. Was kinda missing Noah for the last couple of days, so this made my morning :)
Okay I've been around since 12.4k subs and now were at 110k and I'm so proud of the growth of this channel 👏
You know it's gonna be a great video when you see your two favorite snake species in the thumbnail. Alterna and a Rough Green.
I never get tired of seeing your Blacktails - love them!!

Great finds and great photography. Keep up the good work.
So cool to see you posting. Big thumbs up, keep up the serpent search.
I like how someone said "make it queef" when you guys were catching the hooked nose snake
🤣 He got what he asked for.
That Gray - Banded King is so beautiful, wow.

Those TP rats are just so glamorous with their big eyes. Perfectly wonderful species!!!
That gray-banded kingsnake on begining really got me, ti was beautiful
8:59 must.get.that.here.now.please. that takes a lot of effort on the live GoPro capture. awesome idea.

Nc sucks for snakes this year for me

I think this is the earliest I’ve been!
Ayyyyyy it’s my wild backyard!
Great stuff man, you have eagle eyes to spot that Alterna from that distance. Kudos for the find 👏 🙌
My experience is that any snake with the word "transpecos" in its name is going to be amazing! Gorgeous collared black head.
I love having these one while working from home, which I do 4 out of 5 days. Especially anything between the west coast and W Texas...
Awesome video, beautiful end picture to...
My favorite lizard button down shirt again. Snazzy!
Rough green snakes are soooooo cute!!!
That storm was scary! Looked like tornado weather.

I have a garter snake at home, he does that head rubbing thing as well. I’m not sure why, I think he’s testing the rocks and glass in his terrarium.

I'd think that too, but it didn't really look like it was in shed

Man I love your videos. I would love to link up with you sometime and do some herping. Keep up the good work!
That green snake matches my Kia!
can you do a video of herping tips and / or tricks? 🙏🏼
What creeks do you go in, like creeks in Georgia for common snapping turtles? I would like to catch some.
Are there Joshua trees in western Texas??
How often are snake as calm as they look in your hands after capture? Do you have to let them calm down before filming?
Are you gonna make merchandise at some point?
Those snakes that you cot looks so cool
12 snakes in 7 days of herping? I think I could do as well in my area of Central Oregon. Thanks for the video.
What light are you using?
I found my lifer checkered garter a little bit ago, really pretty snakes
15:30 that is just beautifull! 😮😃
Super early. Been waiting forever
it did come out as good as you thought
8:28 what was that sound??
Beautiful king snake
