THE BEST HUMMUS AND BABA GANOUSH *guests could not stop eating this at our wedding*

Exodus 23:25 "Worship the Lord your God and his blessing will be on your food and water. I will take away sickness from among you... I will give you a full life span."
~HUMMUS~
In a blender toss in:
- 4 kitchen spoons of garlic water (2 cloves of garlic blended in 2 cups of water)
- 2 cans of chilled organic chickpeas
- 1 jar of tahini
- juice of 1 lemon
- generous pinch of salt
~BABA GANOUSH~
In a bowl mix together:
- 1 large eggplant roasted ontop of fire
- 1 cup of tahini
- generous pinch of salt
- garlic powder (or if you have the time x2 cloves of roasted garlic)
- juice of 1 lemon
Best served with soughdough and shared with friends after a prayer of thanks to God!
