I place small crystals in the cup,s of the headphones, then put the right and left side,s together and play this on low volume. if this doesn't charge them nothing will.

It is designed to recharge the crystal. However you can re-program it using your intention for other purposes. Just make sure to usu the lowest volume and no headphones.

This throat singing is actually really jarring.. doesn't resonate with me at all
As matter of facts, there is no throat singing. To charge the Crystal there is no need to listen the audio, place the Crystal close to the sound source, using low volume or no volume
TY and I have been looking for tone that will work if deaf in one ear (well mostly I still hear a loud ringing still much higher frequency then this.I have only 7% hearing and 2% out of 100% understanding of what is said outside of ear) Do you or can you put in description if you need headphones or not.
