She partied and consumed a lot of toxic substances in her youth. To be honest, she never stopped harming her body. This is why sadly we lost her in 2016.

No I don't think so. She was 19 during the first movie, and if you look at interviews from back then, she seemed almost shy. It was just Harrison during the first one, I'm pretty sure, maybe couple of others on the later movies, but not "the whole crew". No way.
The only good thing to come of this is that death is less scary for me knowing that Carrie, my favorite dog, and a few beloved others are there, too. Rest in peace, dear girl. You are greatly missed.
