I think it's supposed to be a post-apocalyptic radio searching for stations that would still be broadcasing music. Stumbling upon the Hip-hop music, then looking for other broadcastings but finding none and coming back to the Hip-hop music a few times. I think it fits the video really well.

I suggest typing in digital painting or "photomanipulation" tutorials into youtube, you'll get much more in depth tutorials then just watching speedingpainting or this channel
