This is my favorite mission in FT: -Blink............= This mission require tons of Blink. Including process, finding treasures, and even escaping. -Shadow Orb= Search every single little corners. Blink to them. For the powerful and meaningful item to Maiev. -Unit control.= You will control up to 12 units, which equals to the maximum group control and including almost every ground force. -Naisha........= The lost of a elite sister greatly damage Maiev's spirit, which let her learn her ultimate: Avatar of Vengeance.
I remember this place, there is a PITLORD that is just a normal unit, not a hero. Ang it turns into a skeleton after death 😂 unlike heroes who will just float when killed.
I figured people would crawl inside my asshole about this. Better items for Maiev are easy to find within this and next mission and I didn’t feel like going back.
Naisha was made into a world quest for the raid "Tomb of Sargeras" where you had to put her spirit to rest. So it does reference her in that way. And there's some RP dialog about her too.
As I recall from my Childhood, I was Playing a Custom Hero RPG map, which is Heavily Based on the Final Fantasy Series, and Naisha was in it, and She's part of a Side Quest in the Custom Map, where u escort her to a Night Eleven Base to the Far bottom of the Map, which they took her in as her own once she reaches the Base, which is very nice and Heartwarming to see, the Naisha in the Custom Map, also recalls what happened in Her Final moments where she was Trapped in this Campaign, which all too sad to listen or rather read about it again. Something tells me the Creator of the Game simply doesn't accept the Fact Naisha is Gone, like me when I Was little, still wont accept it to this day... I wanted to make this comment on the day it was released, buuut responsibilities and life made me forget about it, and I only remembered about it now. Anyways... Enjoying this Nostalgic and Awesome Playthrough, Jayburrito! Keep'em Coming, Devil Dog!
Hey Jay, just a quick thing about armour types. Heavy armour might not be as good as you think it is. It's true that it only takes extra damage from Magic attacks, but it also doesn't reduce the damage dealt by other kinds of Attacks. So it takes base damage from all attacks and extra damage from magic attacks. Compare that with say Medium armour, which takes extra damage from Normal attacks, but significantly reduces the damage dealt by Piercing, Magic, and Siege attacks. On a personal note, keep up the good work. I've been going through a tough time lately and your videos always brighten my day! You're a good man.
Thanks for the armor type explanations. I’m happy to hear I can bring a little positivity here and there. Hope things start looking up again for you, hang in there.
I'm pretty sure you can kill that hidden lvl 10 hydra if you level up blink instead of fan of knives because there will be literally no cooldown so you can traverse the whole map in like 15 seconds if you take shortcuts
You could upgrade Blink to level 3 for quicker escape, but great job and for this too. First time I played this, I didn't know that I would have countdown somewhere and therefore had Blink on level 1 LOL Now, about the difference between playing on Normal and Hard - in Normal difficulty there are less creeps and no blizzard pouring from roof.
Something to point out with your usage of consumables, you can actually drop the mantel/pendent/robe and then use the mana pot. Same can be done with healing items. Because the the hero's current mana/hp increases by percentage with the item increase, so you can utilize that to get maximum effect. Something to think about when you manage your inventory regarding permanent items and consumables.
I don't know about the dislike towards the robe of the magi - it is literally +6 dmg for intelligence heros outside of 6 intelligence and you get literally 4 of those in this and next campaign (which counts if you want to "cheese" the last map and use illidan for as a "carrier" for kael or vash who are both intelligence and so are tyrande and furion). But you do you, series is a great watch.
Also depends on personal play style because remember that each stat gives two passive and the main also increases damage along with the passive. I tend to prefer strength and agility because for strength each point increases HP cap and Regen while speed increases armour and attack speed. Intelligence increases mana cap and regen but you know, preferences. I just A click most of the time since I suck with spells XD
Replaceable, yes. Garbage, no. To an extent though, if it's going to take me 30-60 seconds to backtrack, I'd rather just leave the slot empty and move on mostly because I know there's plenty of other treasure coming up.
This place is weird. It's supposedly ancient Night Elven ruins, but guarded by demons, that _don't_ want the power of Sargeras to be unleashed, for some reason?
The ruins probably got invaded during the War of the Ancients and the demons don't want anyone else to get Sargeras' power (but might be too weak to claim it themselves), so they guard it.
@@user-eer555 ...Huh. Apparently the lore said as much. Do you think it's possible that, seeing Sargeras' apparent defeat in Aegwynn's hands, these demons defected from the Legion and followed her rule instead?
Wouldn’t picking up the shadow orb at 8/9/10 while having a full inventory not cause the item to duplicate - seems like that was the case for first and second orb and having +30 dmg on the warden that early seems good
I sell the gauntlet immediately in any case. If anything, I just miss out on the bit of extra gold. I still try to prioritize my items to a degree, but I’m surprised at how much people are caring about these minute differences. Oh, who am I kidding, I’m not surprised at all.
@@JayborinoPlays If you watch closely at 8:30, you will notice that you clicked on the fragment, but since your inventory was full treasure stayed on the ground

I mean, I don't think she even knew about the existence of the orcs until she had leave her job because Tyrande destroyed her workplace, so she only had a few months to study the runes.
It's a possibility, but she said they were orc runes, so it's probably different from ordinary demonic runes. Also, Naisha apparently can't read them. It may be that, with them being related to demons, it is easier to learn them if you already have a knowledge of demonic languages.
