    I have taken derivation of dry tray pressure drop expression from Mccabe's Unit Operation of Chemical Engineering. However one point I should have clarified that the expression use for velocity measurement by orifice plate can not be used for pressure drop across orifice plate. Because for velocity prediction we apply Bernoulli. Whereas for pressure drop we are interested in energy loss. Though the expression will remain same. But concept should be clear.     Sir weeping condition will correspond to shorter weir as how is inversely proportional of weir height as per Fanning's equation.

    what is the flow of crude at entering point of fractionator column? it is an interview question ask to me, I told the answer turbulent but he told me what type of turbulent flow?

    Sir maine apke lecture dekhe aur kafi achhe se apne smjhaya h matter ko rkha h but i think aap Hindi me achhe se express kr paa rhe ho. Then i just want to say that if u r using hindi langauge instead of englinsg then it will be better for everyone...

      Ha mujhe bhi aisa hi lagta h....but then jinko hindi nahi aati ....welog bolne lagte h ki English me banayie. After all baat samajh me aani chahiye. English me grammatical errors ho but students ko baat samajh me aa jaaye to bhi chalega...Samajh me aa jaata hoga aisa umeed h.

      Sandeep Academy sir mai apse agree hu but apko v pta h india me near about 70 % log hindi ko achhe se smjhte h.. aur jb apke smjhane ka expression hi ni smjh aayega then aise to hum book ko v padh skte h.. so i think 30% wale logo ke chakkar me baki 70% logo ka loss ho jayega... aur hindi wale log jyada weak h english walo se aur apka motive to yhi hoga ki o weak h use strong kre.. thnq

      Kya English me bilkul samajh me nahi aata?....Aisa to nahi h...kyoki mujhe US, China & Japan ke logo ne bhi comments or email kiya h......corrosion and mechanical seal wale video pe....maine unse pucha tha ki aapko meri English samajh me aati hai...to unlogo ne kaha tha ki samajh me aati h.....Meri English samjh me aane layak to h...but Grammatically correct nahi h....and pronunciation bhi achha nahi h...
      Ho sakta h jo topic aapko samajh me nahi aaya ho wo sayad mai Hindi me bolta to bhi samajh me nahi aata...kyoki mai ye expect karta hu ki students ko basic knowledge h books se...and uske baad wo mera video dekh raha h.....
      Finally maine 1 experiment kiya tha...Tray pressure drop wala video maine Hindi & English dono me upload kiya.....abhi tak to English wala video hi jayada logo ne dekha h...Hindi wala to nahi dekha logo ne....

    In FCC main fractionator, When MCB (main column bottom) circulating reflux heat duty increases due to taking a new exchanger in line, HCO tray level falls rapidly. Then we usually decrease the HCO CR flow rate and the tray level is restored. Please explain why??

      When you increase slurry p/A then vapor load decreases and hence HCO also condense into slurry so does HCO level decreases. If you are increasing HCO CR then HCO tray level increase. What about LCO tray level ? In that case LCO tray level and top reflux should further decrease.

      As we decrease HCO CR the HCO tray level increases. Why? Also there is no indication of LCO tray level at my refinery

      @@SandeepAcademy9 yes sir please make video on air separation column which separates N2 and O2 as it involves two column integrated in one and also it involves cryogenic distillation so it becomes quite confusing to visualize at -ve temperatures
