Awesome video guys! Glad you didn’t let that grumpy guy ruin your day. In all honesty I think side by sides tear it up more than anything but. 🤷🏼♀️ Those dang new jeeps. P.S. My parents have a few logs in that guest book renting Castle Butte LO. Pretty cool!
Great video...the little clearing to the left when u first see the lookout has some borders with bowls worked into them...folks say the Indians would grind berry's and all sorts of plants there
awesome footage! We tried twice this year to make it. First trip we started on west side and hit deep snow where you did and then the second trip the road was closed cause of a fire. We plan to try again next year.
That's my next trail to hit over on that side of the state, I've already done Magruder corridor and the Lemhi pass (Montana side),I want to hit that on my return trip from the Milwaukee road trip I'm gonna make this year.
Yes there are quite a few on the path. Some have metal fire rings, some have rock rings. I don't think there are any bear boxes though. Rocky ridge lake has a vault toilet and the lookouts had outhouses if I remember right. Hope that helps
Awesome video, never heard of lolo motorway and I'm not far up in cda area. Deffenatly going to pack up the family and make the trip. Thanks
Awesome video!! You do great work

Thanks Kate! I wish they would have saved our tax dollars and just designated it a 4x4 trail lol
Awesome job Cousin, just happened across your Lolo video. Hoping to do the Magruder Corridor and the Lolo this summer. Great video!
Let us know when you go!!
@@emptypocketsoffroad We were just talking about seeing if you'd be interested. Tentatively middle of or end of July. We'll be in touch 👍

Thank you! It really means a lot to get comments like this. We will be doing it again sometime as well. It's an awesome route
Currently in the process of planning next year's trip, the Lolo is quickly becoming a possibility for us. Thanks for the video 👍
It's definitely worth it. Make sure you plan enough time to enjoy it. Feel free to contact me on Instagram @thecheaphawk if you have any questions
@@emptypocketsoffroad Sorry, don't do Instagram. but thanks for the offer. Got two cans and a string? 😉
@@VoyagerOverland haha that would probably be more reliable than our local cell service
Very nice video Dylan. I love all the views of the mountains and lookouts.
Itll be a guys trip next year. Better start building a 4x4 square !
Love the gay pride rally music🎵🌈😂😉
@@emptypocketsoffroad I think I have just the right pickup in mind for that.

Definitely take the time to explore the side routes. Especially rocky ridge lake. If you're lucky you'll see the moose taking a dip
@@emptypocketsoffroad I try to go slow and make the trip worth it on these types of trails,I hate being in a rush on my own time.
Are there designated Forest Service campsites on 500? Bears and tent camping? Thanks.
