Hi. As an experienced modeller I am suprised that you did not mention any tanks or other vehicles by Italeri , and Tamiya only got a slight mention. These kits are staples for the beginner. The Sherman , Panther or Tiger are normally places where the novice modeller cut their teeth. Some of the kits that you mention are quite difficult and are expensive. My first experience with the Opel Blitz truck was the Italeri one from the 70's. These are the kits that you should be recommending. There buildable for the beginner and will result in a satisfying model in the end. Start simple and build on your skills before spending lots of money on difficult kits that may never get finished. No sir I disagree. You should familiarize yourself with Tamiya. The reason why beginners should look at Tamiya: easily available. The instructions are so straight forward a moron can follow it. Almost no extra flash that needs to be removed. Instructions on Hobbyboss, Revell, Takom, Trumpeter sometimes a bit of a problem for beginners.
