Personally, I (me) don't think they are the best tasting fish- compared to the trout.
because he had food in the eski, wanted to keep fishing, that one was perfect to survive, and he outdid it anyway with half a fish.....

I remember when I camped and fished and cooked outdoors what a time .i braught whiskey and beer and got so drunks at camp and had a fire roaring just laughing out so loud getting rip roaring drunk then eating . man what a time .i need more of that.
