    Can you please continue doing what I eat in a day for each of the four phases of the menstrual cycle; I really enjoy these type of videos and find them very beneficial and inspiring. I think you've done one video for each of the four phases except menstrual phase. I would love to see one for the menstrual phase. I recently subscribed to your UA-cam channel and thoroughly enjoy watching your videos. Thank you very much!
